By using Veri, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Veri generates a cryptographic record derived from user-submitted information. This record includes a UTC timestamp, cryptographic hashes, structured metadata, and a deterministic proof identifier.

Veri does not verify identity, authorship, ownership, or truthfulness of submitted information. Veri is not a notary, certification authority, or legal advisor.

2. What a Veri Proof Represents

A Veri proof demonstrates that specific data existed in a submitted form at a recorded UTC timestamp and that the data remains unchanged if its hash matches.

You are solely responsible for submitted content, including identifiers and descriptions.

Veri does not store original uploaded file contents. Only derived cryptographic values and related metadata are retained.

Certain proof actions require payment. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Veri does not store card or banking information.

A proof is considered generated only after successful backend validation and record creation.

5. Service Availability

Veri is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Veri is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages, business losses, reputational harm, or decisions made based on generated proofs.

7. Data Retention

Proof records and metadata may be retained to preserve structural integrity. Server logs may be retained for security monitoring.
